I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S22 Plus (5G) Refurbished SIM Free in black color, with a storage capacity of 128GB, which was described to be in "good" condition. Regrettably, upon receipt of the item, it was immediately evident that the item is damaged and not in the condition as described on your website. According to the UK Consumer Rights Act of 2015, goods supplied must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. Clearly, in this instance, the item I received does not comply with the aforementioned standards set by the act. The damage to the Samsung Galaxy S22 Plus makes it unsuitable for the purpose it was acquired, thereby violating my consumer rights. Given the circumstances, I kindly request an immediate refund for the full amount I paid for the item, including any shipping or additional costs that were incurred during the purchase. I believe this to be a reasonable request in light of the product's condition upon arrival. I am eager to resolve this matter promptly and am willing to cooperate fully to facilitate a speedy resolution.
