Phone received quickly and in excellent condition in fact looks like brand new. The problem of no operating instructions has proved to be a problem. Had to resort to the internet on computer to find operation instructions. Its all very well having instructions contained on the phone or other similar product but when you are not techno savvy it causes many problems. Perhaps the supplier could copy the original documents and include them with the product.
