Unfortunately, I have little experience of this purchase because of a serious delay in getting a new Sim card and a PAC number from my service supplier. However, the phone itself appears of excellent condition and I have no reason to suspect that there will be any problems with it. I spent a lot of time researching whether to go with a refurbished phone supplier versus another 2 year contract and a brand new phone. The maths was a no brainier, but I was not sure whether a refurbished phone would be in a bad condition, aesthetically, which doesn't really matter, as I would have bought a cover for it anyway. But I did want my replacement phone to look as near to new as possible. I also wanted a 12 month guarantee. I really wanted to upgrade my phone, but could not afford at this time, a brand new one. I did some research online and found the Handtech website. I looked at every one of their customer reviews and found it incredible that they were all 5 star and positive. They had some good priced phones that I was interested in and so I opted for an IPhone 7 in "excellent" condition. This suited my price range. I ordered my phone and it arrived the next day, as promised. The phone was packaged well and was most certainly in excellent condition, with just the tiniest scratch on the back, as was described may be the case in the advertisement. Once ensconsed in its case, the phone looks like brand new. Having been using it now for three weeks, the battery has a good charge time; the charger included works well and I am so happy with this phone. I have also had excellent post order communication from hand tech with regard to my order, delivery details and the option to have my 12 month warrenty extended. I cannot recommend them highly enough and I would buy from them again with no hesitation.

I love my "new" iPhone. I had a little iPhone 4s prior to this new (to me) iPhone 7. I couldn't justify spending a lot on a new phone but the refurbished price was irresistible. I was not disappointed. It is like new, not a scratch on it, everything is as it was described in the advertisement. It arrived within 2 days after dispatch, and it was easy to set up. All data from the original owner had been erased and so if felt brand new. Thank you Handtec. The only thing I had difficulty with is uploading a photo of it.
