Here is how you can quickly understand which one will do it for you. First, you need to find the list of apps that you have been using recently. This can be achieved by simply pressing the square icon, which is located at the bottom of your screen. If the model of your phone does not react accordingly, you will need to swipe up from the bottom of the screen. This two methods should do it on basically all android devices.  You will understand which mode works for you if doing one of them will bring up the app you have been using recently. Once you see the list you will find that some of them have a distinctive icon. It is represented by two boxed on top of each other. This tells you that an app supports the function. If you don’t find it on the app you wish to view in split screen, then it does not yet support this function.

Once you found two apps that support split screen, move on to next step. Select the above-mentioned app on the app that you want to be in the upper half. Once you do this, you will immediately see the result. The top half of the screen is now covered with a selected app, while the bottom half is empty.

Now to the second app. the lower half of the screen should show you the apps that can be used in that mode. Simply touch the one you want and it will fill the lower half. You can adjust how much of the screen does an app take. But moving the dividing bar the sized of the apps will adapt accordingly. Congratulation you have now mastered the split screen function. If you want to close one of the apps, simply drag the bar to bottom or top. This will get rid of the app in accordance with the direction you will take.
