What’s new with TomTom NAVIGATOR 7?

New Maps and TomTom Map Share™

New maps are available with TomTom NAVIGATOR 7 and they will be updated on a quarterly basis. Users will also benefit from TomTom’s unique Map Share technology, with millions of corrections and improvements uploaded daily by the TomTom online user community. Map Share enables drivers to improve their own maps instantly on their device, as well as receive the corrections from other users using TomTom HOME, TomTom’s free desktop software.

Safety as a priority

Safety is a key priority in the development of all TomTom products. The TomTom NAVIGATOR 7 comes with comprehensive safety features, so drivers always have direct access to safety and roadside assistance information wherever they go. The extensive ‘Help Me!’ emergency menu includes information such as emergency and breakdown service numbers, directions to the nearest hospital, car maintenance advice and first aid instructions.

Smart and fun extras

Modified to fit devices with 2GB memory. Includes Great Britain, the Republic of Ireland, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, France, Monaco, Italy, San Marino, the Vatican City, Spain, Portugal, Andorra, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxemburg, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland and the Canary Islands. With over 7.5 million km of road and 1.5 million points of interest.

With NAVIGATOR 7 you can take advantage of TomToms innovative desktop software application TomTom HOME, which enables users to easily manage, download, store and transfer content and services on their PC to their device. TomTom HOME is compatible with both a PC and MAC.

TomTom NAVIGATOR 7 also includes TomToms innovative TomTom Buddies service, enabling authorised TomTom users to locate each other and send instant messages (requires both users to have TomTom navigation with full Internet access. Additional charges may apply for data calls).

A: The software can be copied on to any card, so no need to keep swapping cards
